- Remove version declaration to avoid warnings
- Add healthcheck for service monitoring
- Set timezone to Asia/Taipei
- Configure logging with size limits
- Use read-only mount for config files
- Add service description label
- Remove redundant 'command: serve'
- Improve configuration structure and organization
