docs: update VM9000 details (Ubuntu 24.04 cloud-init UEFI template)

Browse Source 
VM9000 is a UEFI/q35 cloud-init template with Ubuntu 24.04, 2C/2G,
3.5G disk, user=ubuntu, SSH key preset, DHCP. Added clone usage
instructions to PVE description. Updated tags.
