docs: update CT115 details (Lydia prod: Python, Caddy, MSSQL Express)

CT115 runs Lydia production: Python 3.12 app via supervisord (currently
FATAL), Caddy v2.6.2 web server, MSSQL 2022 Express on port 1433.
SSH exposed externally via OpenWRT DNAT port 30022. Updated PVE
description and tags.
