docs: update VM110 OpenWRT details (24.10.4, PPPoE, WireGuard, DNAT rules)

Browse Source 
OpenWRT 24.10.4 serving as main gateway with PPPoE (HiNet), WireGuard
VPN, and port forwarding for SSH Jump, Bore, NPM, RustDesk, Headscale,
SQL Server, and SSH to CT115/CT117. Also updated PVE description.
