docs: update CT104 details (Caddy static file server + Tailscale)

Browse Source 
CT104 runs Caddy on port 80 (static file browsing with gzip) and
Tailscale client (Headscale node 100.64.0.14). Docker-compose at
/opt/caddy/ and /opt/tailscale/. Updated PVE description and tags.
