docs: update CT114 details (Podman 4.9.3 + Nginx Quadlet)

CT114 runs Podman 4.9.3 with nginx:alpine via Quadlet systemd
integration on port 8080. Static content in /srv/web/. LXC uses
apparmor=unconfined for Podman compatibility. Updated PVE description
and tags.
